Instructions
We are in the Grand Marshal's Division (before the First Division), and our Division Marshals are Karen Ferris Fearnside and Thomas Regan. We lineup at 10:00am on Central Avenue in Albany, just east of Partridge Street. Stepoff is at 11am, marching down Central, behind the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps and Color Guard. The parade continues passed the Capitol building.
