Instructions
We are in the Grand Marshals Division (before the First Division), between "Please Remember Me" and Capt. John McKenna IV USMC.
We lineup at 10:00am on Central Avenue in Albany, at Ontario Street. Stepoff is at 11am, proceeding down Central and continuing passed the Capitol building.
