Take I-87 North to Exit 14
Turn Right off the ramp onto Route 9P (Union Ave)
Go West on Route 9P just outside the track gates
Turn left into the Main Saratoga Race Course Gate (across from East Ave)

Parking
We have only been provided with 4 parking passes; 3 have already been assigned and the 4th is for the 1st one that claims it. You can pick up these passes at the CH gate. Otherwise, there is free parking across the road at the Oklahoma Parking Lot. Please give your names at the gate for free admission tickets (parents/siblings included).
Performance
We need to arrive by 10am before the track is opened to the public. There will be a table in the backyard area by the Big Red Springs setup for us as a staging area. This is where we will all meet once we arrive. Please let your presence be known to us so that everyone is accounted for. As a reference, there will be a 40'x40' tent setup in that area with most of their displays for the event.
We will be performing in various locations throughout the day, between 11am to 6pm, with breaks in between. Food will be provided and drivers will be compensated for this event, so please see our business manager if you drove.
Also, please bring your extra sling or fife case, in case we run through the switch. This is not definite, just a last minute thought.

If you are interested in caravaning (or carpooling) with some of us, we will be meeting at Panera Bread in Latham Farms. We will meet there between 9 and 9:15am, and depart for Saratoga soon thereafter.
Take I-87 North to exit 6
Turn right off the ramp onto Route 7 (Troy-Schenectady Rd.)
Immediately turn left into the plaza
You will see Uno's on the left and Dakota's on the right
There is a common parking area after that on the left for several businesses, including: Staples, Chuck E Cheese's and Panera Bread
