Instructions
We are in the Grand Marshal's Division (before the 1st Division), and our Division Marshal is Janet Moran. We lineup at 10:00am on Central Avenue in Albany, just east of Partridge Street. Stepoff is at 11am, marching down Central, behind the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps and Color Guard. The parade continues passed the Capitol building.
