The bus will be stopping at two locations:
Departure from the Bethlehem Town Hall at 7:00am.
Departure from the Home Depot in Schenectady (Cambridge Rd.) afterwards.

Remember, we will each need to bring either a passport, passport card, or enhanced drivers license (see below). We will be back home between 11pm and midnight on Sunday, August 18 (possibly later if there is a huge delay at customs). Our cars can be left at the Town Hall and Home Depot (end of the lot).

Bring all uniform parts, two pairs of VV socks if available, two white shirts if possible, fife or drum, sling, sticks, sleeping bag.
There are showers, so bring a change of clothing, toiletries and a towel.
Friday we will have a road stop and/or meal at the falls around 6pm or later and Sunday evening road stop dinner, so bring money for that.
All other meals will be provided at the Fort, starting with breakfast lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday (sorry, no "second breakfast", "elevensees", or "luncheon" per say).
We usually sleep on wooden bunk beds with a cushion, so bring a pillow and a sleeping bag.
The bus also has a VCR and DVD player and we will be voting on which movies to play for the trip, so bring some good "flicks". |
